Exchanges of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Store credit will be issued under the customer's name and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.
"Final Sale" items will not be accepted for exchanges/store credit.
- Shipping (outside the US) must be paid by the customer.
- All returns must be paid by the customer.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it does not comply with this policy.
- Repack Merchandise
Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclose the original receipt. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
